In particular, for publicly listed companies and IPO candidates, positioning and strategy relative to peers are key to their future growth options. The development of transaction ideas and their evaluation can then follow strategy, and not the other way around.

Continuous
relationships

Puhl seeks close and continuous relationships with its clients. This enables well-informed transaction advice, which sometimes consists of stepping away from a situation. Puhl provides senior leadership directly to client teams, maximizing confidentiality and minimizing know-how drain. Puhl typically does not serve as an extended workbench.

conflicts

Puhl is free to commit to work only with one client per country and asset class to avoid potential conflicts of interest. Puhl is wholly-owned by its founder and has no affiliations with any investment bank or other providers of financial services or products.
